Where Fitness Meets Fighting​

Our 30 minute heavy bag classes combines strength training, dynamic flexibility, and heavy bag work to get you the best workout possible in a short period of time.

It’s an intense experience that’s simple to start, but challenging to finish. After half an hour with us, you’ll leave this bag workout feeling strong and energized.

Students will learn correct body alignment to maximize efficiency during punching, while refining Krav Maga technique through repetition, drills, and punch kick combinations on the bag. KM Bag workouts build stronger bodies and improved mental toughness.

Boxing gloves or bag gloves are required, We sell gloves at the school or you can bring your own. If you choose to work with boxing gloves instead of bag gloves, we also recommend that you wear wraps.

Weight Training

Strength for Fighting

Weight training is an excellent compliment to your self defense training.

RHAMMA offers and on-site weight room.

Our weight training space is an added perk of your student membership.

We offer weight training classes for those who prefer guidance and a personal training structure.

Adult students are also invited to use the equipment on their own.
