A large part of training for self defense is conditioning and that includes how to condition and strengthen your body. Arguably the best way to condition for self defense is by utilizing body weight exercises that not only increase strength and stamina, but increase your range of motion and flexibility as well. Our Krav Maga Worldwide (KMW) instructors lead every class and demonstrate the conditioning warm-ups that are combined with the KMW self defense drills to keep you moving, sweating, and getting stronger with every training session.
